Prenatal Coaching Service (PC) The Prenatal Coaching Service (PC) is thoughtfully designed for expecting individuals, offering dedicated support through the unique journey of pregnancy. While the majority of sessions are utilized during the first trimester, the remaining sessions can be used flexibly up to a year after your initial consultation. As your body and life undergo significant changes, Jisel Wellness will be there every step of the way, guiding you through these transitions and helping you make necessary adjustments.
